Bishectomy
Bishectomy is a short-term surgical intervention in which through small incisions on the inside of both cheeks, the so-called “Bichat fat pad” – fat deposits in the area under the cheekbones. In most cases, these accumulations do not depend on the patient’s weight and do not change in size with a change in the weight. The operation can be performed under local or general anaesthesia. The postoperative period is mild, no pain or discomfort has been reported. The recovery is up to 4 days from the intervention, depending on the individual characteristics of the organism. The purpose of the aesthetic correction Bisectomy is to improve the facial contour, restore symmetry and give a more delicate look, as well as to contour the cheekbones and jaw contour.

The operation is performed under general anaesthesia or local anaesthesia sedation and lasts about 30 minutes and 1 hour.
